Quality improvement is a general culture in the company. This is achieved by having a good evaluation system of the company performance by special surveillance, an annual evaluation of third parties companies Arkan Al-Kuwait working with. As well as by having a good internal audit on the system.

Continuous Improvement 

Arkan Al-Kuwait has flexibility for system improvement that is not contradicted to the main mission and vision of the firm. Different quality improvement tools are used to ensure constant and continuous improvement.

Cooperation

The experience and cooperation of the employees are utilized in the development of improved strategies and performance measures .

Customer Focus

Believing that focus on customer requirement (both principals and clients) is significant to survive in a long-term relationship and to build prominent relationship with the customers; all processes are prepared by focusing on customers requirements and their expectations from the products and services.
